Delivery Times
Your purchases come from all over the world. Because of this, they may depart from various locations and/or arrive to you in multiple packages.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 6 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer process the orders, which takes an additional 1–2 business days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 4-15 business days. In 95% of cases, our shipments are delivered within 15 days. However, there may be instances where, due to force majeure events beyond our control, the shipment may be delayed.
NOTICE: Our business is significantly growing and some time it may be affected by a sharp demand increase and we run out of stock. In that case we need around 20 business days to prepare your goods.
Tracking & Notifications
We will send you email notifications with estimated delivery updates for each stage of every shipment in your order. Once it leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email that includes final tracking information. You can also check your delivery status on our track your order page.
Additional Information: If a change of address is made directly with your local post office, Wifit will not be held responsible for any loss or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with Wifit via our customer care team prior to your order being shipped. Additionally, it is the customer’s responsibility to be present at the time of delivery or to arrange for the collection of the order from the designated pickup location within the timeframe set by the local courier or postal service.
